i stayed here with my family. the staff are polite. the food is great. there are many activities available. bang niang market is about five minutes away by taxi. i cannot recommend a better place. the slide was lovely for the kids. i liked the separate adults only pool. the beach near the hotel was fine.
the cleaner called her as we checkout that the shampoo was only one. i thought i might steal it. this was an unprofessional question.

i adored how modern the room was (it suited our style perfectly). it was a beautiful double or twin room family wing. the bathroom was spacious, and i appreciated the large fridge in the room. the patio led directly to the pool, a feature i found particularly charming and refreshing.
I found that the air conditioning thermostat was located on the ceiling. This was inconvenient. also, i noticed that the floors weren't cleaned thoroughly. there were no drawers in the cupboards, only hangers, so unpacking was a little difficult.

the resort location is convenient it is near the beach. the room was large. the breakfast had many options.
housekeeping was an issue i saw a cleaning trolley parked outside my room the entire stay. my balcony had dirty glasses and empty bottles for days i told a cleaner but they shrugged. the front desk staff was rude when i asked for a spare room keycard
